Ginger turmeric orange mimosas “Immunity mimosas”

I N G R E D I E N T S

6 oranges fresh squeezed

1 inch of fresh ginger

1 inch of fresh turmeric

1 tablespoon of manuka honey

I N S T R U C T I O N S

  1. Juice the oranges either by hand or with a juicer.

  2. Peel the ginger and turmeric.

  3. Put the juice, ginger, turmeric, and manuka honey into a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth and you see little to no pieces of turmeric or ginger.

  5. Pour through a sieve into a small pitcher.

  6. Fill mimosa glass with ¼ to a half of this mixture and fill to the top with prosecco.

***My favorite Prosecco for mimosas (currently) is La Marca.

***This will make about 6 mimosas depending on how much of the juice mixture you use for each mimosa.
